Inspiring Work By Marc Anthony Bathrooms

At Marc Anthony Bathrooms we believe that every space has the potential to become unique, harmonial and beautiful.

We are proud of what we do, and are prepared to work overtime to guarantee that you are satisfied with your finished look.

From full-scale projects to small renovations, we invite you to take a look at some our projects.

Our projects: Projects

Luxury Bathroom

- Industrial style bathroom we helped design & installed -

We got to start this project with a blank canvas, as our client had already removed the old bathroom to extend the size of the room.

Firstly we moved all the pipework, waste wipes and electrics to where we needed them. Then we built out part of a wall so we could install a bathroom tv, we then reinforced another wall ready for the wall hung cabinets, then we prepared them with waterproof tanking, ready for tiling.

We installed a large walk-in anthracite shower tray and insulated the floor ready for the underfloor heating and new tiled floor.

Once the preparation was complete, we installed large format 600 x 1200 wall and floor tiles, with warmup underfloor heating under and grouted.

A deep 1800 x 800 Clearwater free standing bath was installed, with an AquaLisa optic Q smart bath overflow filler, to give the bath a clean look.

We installed a new Kudos shower screen with deflector and a AquaLisa optic Q smart shower, with ceiling mounted, flush, 400 x 400 Matt black drench shower head and a separate wireless controller.

Then we installed a new wall hung Montrose anthracite double basin unit, with semi inset matt basins, Neostone Calacatta worktop and Crosswater matt black wall mounted mixer taps.

We then installed a large Ainsley 3 door mirror cabinet and integrated two proof vision toothbrush chargers into the back of the unit, to keep the bathroom looking less cluttered.

We installed new Montrose anthracite toilet unit with back to wall pan.  Also we made an alcove out of some old oak for a toilet roll holder to be installed in.

To finish off we installed a large vertical anthracite designer radiator and a proof-vision bathroom TV that doubles up as a mirror when not in use.

Wet Room Renovation

This was fairly big project, firstly we totally stripped out the old bathroom. Then we installed a whole new wet floor system; with under floor heating.

We installed a large recessed drench shower head, with dual remote control, so you can turn the shower on and let it reach your optimum temperature, before you get in.

Then built a new stud wall boxing, for a wall hung toilet frame to be installed into, so when complete, it would give the room a much cleaner look with all the pipework hidden.

We tiled most walls with large white porcelain tiles. In the shower area we installed large Minerva solid surface wall panels and on the floor we tiled with light grey wood effect porcelain tiles.

We installed twin wall hung basins units, with soft close drawers for some storage and twin sit on utopia basins.

The basin units have an ambient light that we installed to come on via a sensor, when you walk into the rook.

Also we installed a new 1800 x 600 chrome towel radiator.

We finished off by installing two HIB mirror units with surrounding lights and chrome shaver sockets.

When completed, this space looked incredible. The difference from start to finish, was unrecognisable, there are more pictures in our gallery.

Bedroom to Bathroom Conversion

Traditional Bathroom

Our customers old bathroom was far too small for a property of its size and he found it very impractical.

So we helped convert the unused, 2nd floor spare room in this period property, into the main bathroom of the house, giving him much more space, which was needed.

On this project we firstly needed to replace the whole of the old 4" waste pipe, as it wasn't quite suitable for requirements.

Once this was done we could start the installation of the new bathroom.

Our customer wanted to keep the new bathroom traditional and in fitting with the rest of the property.

So we installed a new free standing roll top bath, with traditional taps.

A traditional high level toilet cistern and toilet.

We also installed a new low level shower tray for easy access, a traditional exposed thermostatic shower with diverter for a loose shower head and a fixed drencher shower head, then tiled the shower area with white metro tiles.

Then we installed traditional basin, which we adapted to be wall hung and tiled the basin area, again with white metro tiles and installed a mirror above the basin.

Unfortunately we didn't get to decorate the walls as the customer was going to do this himself, but he kindly sent us some finished pictures or the project, which you can find below, along with our before and after pictures.

Art Deco Inspired
  Pink Bathroom

This beautiful little project was down to our customers inspiration & ideas and we help them achieve their dream bathroom.

We designed the room to make better use of the space available.

We moved the plumbing for the basin to the right hand wall, so we could install a new 1200mm wall hung pink double vanity unit with double basin & brass mixer taps.

Two new mirror units with storage and two black and brass bathroom wall lamps were installed above the mirror units.

We then installed a new deep double ended bath, with brass wall mounted mixer tap. A brass mixer shower, with fixed and loose shower heads and made an alcove in the wall for a little more storage.

Also we installed a new close coupled toilet, a black towel warmer and a black & brass ceiling lamp .

We tiled the walls herringbone style in the shower area & a small vertical splash back behind the basin.

Then tiled the floor with Lyra black star pattern tiles. Add new skirting boards, re-plastered & painted to finish off.

Small Cloakroom
Renovation

This little project was more about utilising a small space to achieve it's full potential.

We fitted a concealed toilet cistern, a back to the wall toilet pan, then boxed, tiled and fitted a worktop. This hid the pipes and made use of the wasted space behind the toilet. These adjustments not only made this area easier to clean, but it now looks more pleasing to the eye.

We installed a new basin unit for some storage and new sit on basin, we ran all the pipework in the wall, again giving the room a cleaner finish.

We lay new flooring, and hung a new door, then we painted the room to complete that neat and tidy look the customer wanted and finishing the complete project.
